Responsibilities
- Lead the agency day-to-day with full operating authority
- Own producer performance (growth, retention, accountability)
- Lead producers and staff across all locations
- Set and enforce sales expectations and performance standards
- Align sales activity with operational capacity
- Drive consistency, culture, and professionalism across offices
- Make and execute decisions on hiring and development
- Sales and operations experience within an independent insurance agency
- Experience leading an insurance team, branch, region, or agency
- Proven track record managing and holding producers accountable
- Experience leading managers and/or staff
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Executive-level base salary performance incentives equity
- Incentives tied to organic growth, retention, and overall agency performance
- Leadership role with full authority
