Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Estimating
- Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
- Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
- IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
- Commercial/Residential construction experience
- Background in reconstruction/mitigation
- Highly-motivated and proactive
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel
- Experience perferred:
- 5 years using Xactimate
- 2 years with insurance estimating programs (e.g., XactAnalysis)
- 2 years of "write and run" experience (estimating, project management, contractor coordination)
- Prior insurance adjuster background preferred
- Skills & Traits:
- Proficient in Xactimate
- Strong multi-tasking and collaboration skills
- Highly structured, organized, and disciplined
- Self-motivated - avoids complacency ("snowball effect")
- Certifications:
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FRT) are a bonus
- Experience can substitute for formal certifications
