Gpac is working with a well-established dairy manufacturer that is seeking a Day Shift and a Night Shift Production Supervisor for their facility south of the La Crosse area (Vernon County) to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. This company is a well-known food manufacturer that has been providing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for 30 years.

Responsibilities Include
- Manage and coach the team to success, ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
- Collaborate with other shift departments.
- Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
- Ensure safety of all employees
- Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
- Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
- 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferably dairy.
- Needs to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity working with data management programs.
- Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety
- Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
- $75k to $85k
