What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, and other leadership to keep operations running smoothly
- Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies
- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive solutions in real time
- Communicate shift performance, needs, and improvement opportunities to leadership
- 3 years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred, not required)
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability
- Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety
- Experience with production metrics and reporting systems
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable around production equipment
- Strong communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
