Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards
- Oversee daily operations across production areas including butter processing and intake
- Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet production demands
- Review production and sanitation records for accuracy and compliance
- Partner with leadership (Plant Manager, QA, Maintenance) to resolve issues in real time
- Support audits, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Approve timecards, manage attendance, and maintain accountability on the floor
- 5 years of leadership experience in dairy manufacturing
- People leadership skills - coaching, accountability, and communication
- Solid understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Experience with systems like SAP, Excel, or production tracking tools is a plus
- $68K - $82K base salary
