Desired Background
- 4-10 years of experience in any of the following litigation areas: employment litigation, medical malpractice defense, toxic tort, professional liability, product liability, commercial litigation, general liability and/or trucking/transportation liability
- Licensed to practice in Tennessee
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and pleadings independently from inception to resolution
- Drive to bring in new clients
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional writing skills, strong work ethic, and excellent research skills
- It has a wonderful team atmosphere, a boutique feel, and a collegial atmosphere
