Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of construction-related litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery
- Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
- Advise clients on construction contracts, liens, zoning, codes, and insurance issues
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to prepare cases for trial
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Tennessee
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
