Key Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from initial intake through trial or settlement
- Conduct court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Develop litigation strategy and case evaluations
- Participate in mediation, negotiations, and settlement discussions
- Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
- Civil litigation experience required
- Courtroom experience is a must
- Ability to manage cases independently
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
