- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue substantive motions
- Appear as lead counsel at hearings and other court proceedings
- Develop litigation strategy and manage day-to-day case activity
- Conduct legal research, factual investigations, and case analysis
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel
- Collaborate with firm leadership on the continued growth and development of the litigation practice
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
- Approximately 5-15 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience
- Strong deposition, motion practice, and hearing experience
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
- Excellent writing, analytical, and client communication skills
- Desire to take on increasing responsibility and contribute to a growing practice

Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
