Fully Remote Attorney Opportunity - Live Anywhere in California
We've partnered with a highly respected, top-ranked boutique firm based in the Los Angeles area that continues to experience steady, strategic growth. If you're a litigation attorney seeking sophisticated work without the demands of Big Law, this is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team that truly values work-life balance.
This role offers exposure to complex, high-impact matters, including consumer claims, individual actions in State and Federal Court, and class action defense. You'll work closely with premier in-house legal teams while enjoying meaningful client interaction and the ability to build your practice. For those interested, the firm offers a clear and individualized path to partnership.
With a manageable 1800 billable hour target, approximately one trial per year, and multiple arbitrations, you'll gain hands-on experience without burnout. The team consists of 7 attorneys and a paralegal, all highly experienced and fully accustomed to a remote work environment.
‼️ What We're Looking For
3-7 years of complex litigation experience
Strong background in motions, discovery, and deposition exposure
Experience taking or defending depositions is a plus
Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
Active California Bar admission (in good standing)
Optional in-office access available in Manhattan Beach and Downtown Los Angeles for those who prefer a hybrid setup.
