We are seeking candidates for associate positions who are looking to lateral with 4 to 5 years broad based experience in complex commercial/securities litigation and/or white collar and related investigations. Clients span a broad range of industries including technology, pharma, biopharma, life sciences, and others.

In addition to excellent academic credentials, we are looking for someone with top law firm experience. Candidates must also have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $310,000 – $365,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
