Position: Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and uphold the restaurant's standards of service and quality.
• Oversee restaurant staff and ensure a high level of team performance and morale.
• Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help manage costs and labor controls to optimize the restaurant's profitability.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverages and creativity with beverage menus
• Strong understanding of cost and labor controls.
• Ability to take direction while leading a dedicated team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
