Our client, a boutique, client-focused wealth management firm is seeking an Investment Advisory Associate to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a senior advisor and develop into an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) over time.

This role offers a strong mix of financial planning, client interaction, and portfolio support within a collaborative, high-touch environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support financial planning and retirement strategies
• Assist with portfolio analysis and reporting
• Participate in client meetings and relationship management
• Conduct investment research and support planning recommendations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in financial services
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or client service
• Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, or related)
• Strong communication skills and interest in client-facing work
• Licensing (Series 7/65/63) or willingness to obtain
