Restaurant Manager Requirements
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- A leader who cares about working for an ethical, environmentally focused company
- Enthusiasm and excitement about being an integral part of a mission to deliver traceable, sustainable food to our guests
- Driven by having smart goals and clear expectations
- Ability to drive sales and promotions through creative up-selling tactics and involving your team in numerous seasonal campaigns
- Must be able to analyze metrics, trends, and numbers to make decisions that drive your business
