Assistant Catering Manager Requirements And Responsibilities

• Candidates must have at least 2 years prior experience in a catering-related role.
• Experience with groups of 250-500ppl.
• Assisting with BEO detailing, scheduling, and Payroll.
• Plan, delegate, and communicate at a high level with clients and staff.
• Ability to lead a team through stressful situations - Team bonding, and diplomatic.
