Responsibilities
- Lead multiple transportation and electrical infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
- Build strong client relationships and lead executive-level meetings
- Oversee cross-functional teams and field operations across regions
- Identify risks and drive safety, quality, and operational excellence
- 10 years of transportation, electrical, or heavy civil construction experience
- Experience managing DOT, aviation, rail, or electrical infrastructure projects
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost control knowledge
- Proven leadership of multi-site or traveling project teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered
- Competitive salary: $160,000 – $210,000 bonus opportunity
