Position Summary
The Business Services Manager is responsible for overseeing custodial and other contracted business services, including ODOT and additional State of Ohio contracts. This role ensures all services are delivered at a high standard, meeting or exceeding contractual expectations across an eight-county service area.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee custodial crews to ensure high-quality cleaning services that meet or exceed contract specifications and timelines.
- Manage and monitor contracts across the service area, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with state agencies and other contract partners.
- Promote Goodwill’s mission within the community to enhance public image and build support.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold high standards in all internal and external interactions.
- Supervise, support, and motivate team members, fostering pride and accountability in their work.
- Ensure efficient operations across Pickaway, Ross, Pike, Fayette, Jackson, Vinton, Hocking, and Athens counties.

Education and or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Proof of current auto insurance and reliable transportation required.
- Must be insurable under company policies (liability, bondability, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
