Brown Federal Services is seeking a Business Specialist to support our home office operations in Waverly, Ohio. This role is critical to the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, including employee onboarding, invoicing, and payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage employee onboarding for federal project assignments

Liaison with project teams across multiple sites to support onboarding, daily operations, and invoicing processes
- Prepare and submit client invoices accurately and on schedule
- Support payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and contract-specific requirements
- Maintain accurate employee and project records
- Communicate with employees, clients, and internal team members
- Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, payroll, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software

Preferred Qualifications
