We are seeking a senior-level Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. This is a traveling role supporting high-profile builds across the U.S., offering top-tier compensation, strong per diem, and long-term project stability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical project execution on large, complex data center construction projects
- Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
- Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract compliance
- Partner closely with owners, GCs, design teams, and commissioning agents
- Drive project strategy, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
- Support preconstruction, buyout, and turnover as needed
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of electrical construction experience, with significant data center expertise
- Proven success managing large, technically complex, mission-critical projects
- Strong leadership, financial, and contractual management skills
- Experience with power distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and critical infrastructure
- Ability to travel extensively to project sites nationwide
