Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent on behalf of a Top 50 electrical contracting firm that delivers high-quality construction projects. Our client will pay for relocation.
Position Summary
The Electrical Superintendent will lead all field operations for large-scale construction projects, overseeing electrical crews, ensuring code compliance, coordinating with project stakeholders, and maintaining schedules and budgets. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile builds across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical foremen, journeymen, and subcontractors on active projects.
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and all applicable electrical codes.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
- Oversee project manpower, materials, and production to maintain efficiency.
- Implement and maintain company and OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in commercial, aviation, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare construction required.
- Thorough understanding of NEC, local codes, and construction standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in the region.
