Intake Coordinator — Bilingual (Spanish/English) | Golden Home Healthcare
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

As our Intake Coordinator, you're often the very first voice a family hears when they reach out for help — and how you show up in that moment matters. If you're organized, detail-driven, energetic, and fluent in Spanish and English, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective clients and families exploring our services
- Guide families step-by-step through the waiver application process with patience and clarity
- Manage referrals from start to finish — including on-site visits to patients' homes or referral partners to gather what's needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians' offices, social workers, and community agencies
- Educate families and partners on the programs and services we offer
- Stay sharp on waiver requirements and home- and community-based care regulations
- Keep your caseload organized and your existing clients well-supported
- Collaborate closely with office staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Help shape a positive, team-first culture as we grow
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- A calm, resilient approach to difficult conversations and rejection
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
- Sharp time-management and multitasking skills — you keep a lot of balls in the air without dropping any
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems/processes
- A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within your client territory (required)
- A genuine desire to support caregivers and vulnerable patients
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22–$24/hour, based on experience
