Design Your Own Schedule — That's Not a Perk, That's the Job.
Looking for an RN role that actually fits your life? At Golden Home Healthcare, you build your own schedule around the patients you serve. No rigid shift blocks, no clocking in at a facility — just meaningful, one-on-one pediatric care on your terms. Combine that with generous PTO, a full holiday schedule, and pay up to $60/hour, and it's easy to see why our nurses stay.
What Makes Us Stand Out?
Golden Home Healthcare is your agency. Our model puts the patient first, while giving you the independence to create a schedule that works for you. You'll work alongside a dedicated team — physicians, therapists, social workers, and Home Health Aides — all coordinating on comprehensive care and treatment plans. Enjoy competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a work-life balance that actually respects your time.
