Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
- Greet and guide guests, assist with ride boarding and exiting, and maintain proper elevator capacities
- Monitor guest queues and maintain cleanliness of pre-loading areas
- Explain safety and loading procedures, ensuring guest understanding and compliance
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
- Identify and accommodate guests with special needs
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to leads, supervisors, or tower dispatchers
- Consistently follow all operational, safety, and emergency procedures
- Ensure hourly guest capacity is maintained, and ride traffic is tracked as required
- Create a fun and welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
