Residential Construction Crew Member

Gold Beech Construction - Lexington, MA | Full-Time

Pay: $20 to $24 per hour

Gold Beech Construction builds and renovates custom homes throughout Lexington, Greater Boston, and MetroWest. We are looking for a full-time Residential Construction Crew Member to support field operations across active residential job sites. This position is ideal for someone who likes physical, hands-on work, takes pride in a clean and organized site, and wants to build long-term experience in residential construction.

What You'll Do

• Assist with day-to-day job site support on custom homes, renovations, and additions
• Move and organize materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Set up and maintain work areas for upcoming phases of construction
• Support carpenters, painters, and site supervisors with general project tasks
• Help with demolition, material handling, and removal of job site debris
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and professional work environment
• Follow site instructions, company procedures, and safety expectations
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in construction or other physically active work is helpful, but not required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet and perform bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute wherever needed
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Greater Boston and MetroWest
• Consistent attendance, strong work habits, and a team-first attitude
