We're currently seeking a Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on well-executed residential projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, layouts, and blueprints.
- Measure, cut, shape, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and millwork.
- Assist with layout, material prep, and on-site problem solving.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Collaborate with project managers, teammates, and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and construction best practices.
- Proven carpentry experience (residential construction preferred).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read plans and execute detailed work accurately.
- High standards for craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston and MetroWest.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the team.
- Competitive pay based on experience: $28 to $35/hour.
