Construction Superintendent/Site Supervisor

The construction Site Supervisor coordinates and oversees field operations in custom and renovation work, building extraordinary homes for our clients. Supervision includes maintaining a safe and efficient work environment for quality construction execution and coordination with all subcontractors. The successful candidate will consistently demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and understand the importance of client and team relationships to produce the best result.

Job responsibilities include:

• Implement and lead a job-site culture of maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Plans and implements site logistics with the Project Manager for better control and long-term success of the project.
• Works closely with the Project Manager in project buy-out and subcontractor coordination.
• Direct, schedule, and supervise day-to-day field labor and subcontractor personnel proactively yet, recognizing flexibility is key, as change is inevitable.

· Advanced knowledge of construction standards and techniques with a focus on the details to ensure quality in producing extraordinary homes for our customers.

• Communicates effectively with team members and proactively works towards collaborative results with internal and external clients, subcontractors, and designers.
• Maintain current on-site documents throughout the project for all changes and as-built conditions.
• Actively involved in construction meetings through preparation in reporting on construction progress, updates on workflow and schedule, and facilitating urgency on design selection for schedule adherence.
• Full understanding of local municipal and state permitting and inspection requirements and procedures while thoughtfully working through obstacles.

• Current Unrestricted CSL preferred.

Education and Experience

• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
• 10 years industry experience with 7 years Superintendent/Site Supervisor experience, specifically.
• Custom home/luxury residential home experience required.
• OSHA Certification

Compensation: The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
