Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Elkridge, MD. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will support daily warehouse and logistics operations by tracking inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing driver delivery data. You will assist with system updates, exception reporting, and preliminary data collection for driver compensation. In this role, you will also contribute to operational reporting and data analysis by cleaning and organizing data using Excel (SQL is a plus). You will collaborate closely with warehouse, operations, and staffing partners to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operations while upholding company standards in safety and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recording daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Perform inventory and logistics operations in the system, including exception reporting
- Organize and track daily driver delivery information (departure, return times, delivery volume, issues, etc.)
- Support preliminary data collection for driver piece-rate compensation
- HR Data Coordination with Staffing Agencies
- Assist with creating operational reports and weekly warehouse summaries
- Perform basic data cleaning and organization using Excel and SQL
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Basic Excel skills required; experience with SQL is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Perform inventory and logistics operations in the system, including exception reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
