Job Overview
As a Station Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the parcel distribution station within our nationwide network, optimizing our last-mile delivery service and working directly with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). We are looking for individuals with strong bilingual (Mandarin & English) communication skills who thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment to join us in building a highly efficient and reliable delivery service.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
- Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services.
- Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
- Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align on delivery strategies.
What You'll Need
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred
- Major in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
