Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory, manage warehouse operations, and optimize order fulfillment.
- Receive, inspect, and package orders, including handling and storing packages and pallets.
- Operate a pallet jack and RF scanner to efficiently move products within the warehouse.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities and package contents.
Assist with order fulfillment by identifying and picking products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to continually improve our services.
Skills:
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and pallet jacks.
- Knowledge of distribution center operations and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
