Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and system entry.
- Support offboarding procedures by collecting company property, ensuring exit documentation is completed, and facilitating exit interviews.
Training & Development
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external training sessions, including calendar scheduling, room booking, and material preparation.
- Track training participation, maintain attendance records, and collect feedback to support continuous program improvement.
Labor Staff & Attendance Management
- Track and manage daily attendance records for labor workers, including handling anomalies such as absences or shift swaps.
- Coordinate with labor agencies to verify work hours, resolve discrepancies, and support compliance with labor agreements.
- Generate regular attendance and productivity reports for operations and HR review.
- Monitor labor shift schedules and assist with scheduling adjustments to ensure adequate workforce coverage.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (required).
- Experience in HR or administration, with familiarity in recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
