Warehouse Sorting

Working Schedule：

Day/Night shift routine:

12PM-8PM// 8PM-4AM

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of operational procedures and business systems.
• Gather and report feedback on issues related to business systems, working closely with IT and other support teams to resolve system-related challenges.
• Define and monitor the responsibilities of warehouse staff, regularly conducting performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and adherence to standards.Implement strategies to optimize warehouse staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assess and manage the relationship with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), regularly reviewing their performance and effectiveness in warehouse operations.
• Track DSP-related issues within the warehouse, ensuring follow-up and resolution of reported challenges.
• Promptly respond to onsite requests, such as order pickups, maintaining warehouse order and addressing any safety concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential.- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
• Preffered Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
• Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
