Job Overview
We are seeking a highly efficient and organized Sorting Leadhe to join our dynamic warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of operational procedures and business systems.
- Gather and report feedback on issues related to business systems, working closely with IT and other support teams to resolve system-related challenges.
- Define and monitor the responsibilities of warehouse staff, regularly conducting performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and adherence to standards. Implement strategies to optimize warehouse staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess and manage the relationship with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), regularly reviewing their performance and effectiveness in warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
