Logistic Operations Specialist (Mandarin Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise temporary associates during the sorting process and monitor overall operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to temporary associates on standard operating procedures and sorting best practices.
• Communicate with DSPs to coordinate deliveries and resolve operational or delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
• Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of potential new DSP partners.
• Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair of warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and control.
• Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate truck dispatch operations to ensure timely departures and smooth delivery execution.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve service efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Monitor and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels, and follow through on issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Proficiency in operating clamp trucks and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Preferred fluent in English and Chinese.
• This role also requires hands-on physical work, including lifting, moving, and handling packages as part of daily warehouse operations.

Pay Rate：$20-23/ hr
