Responsibilities:
- Supervise temporary associates during the sorting process and monitor overall operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to temporary associates on standard operating procedures and sorting best practices.
- Communicate with DSPs to coordinate deliveries and resolve operational or delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
- Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of potential new DSP partners.
- Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair of warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and control.
- Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate truck dispatch operations to ensure timely departures and smooth delivery execution.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve service efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Monitor and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels, and follow through on issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and support customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Proficiency in operating clamp trucks and pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Preferred fluent in English and Chinese.
- This role also requires hands-on physical work, including lifting, moving, and handling packages as part of daily warehouse operations.
Pay Rate:$20-23/ hr
