Responsibilities：
Gather and report feedback on issues related to business systems, working closely with IT and other support teams to resolve system related challenges.Define and monitor the responsibilities of warehouse staff, regularly conducting performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and adherence to standards.Implement strategies to optimize warehouse staff performance and identify areas for improvement.Assess and manage the relationship with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), regularly reviewing their performance and effectiveness in warehouse operations.Track DSP - related issues within the warehouse, ensuring follow - up and resolution of reported challenges.Promptly respond to onsite requests, such as order pickups, maintaining warehouse order and addressing any safety concerns.Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to streamline warehouse operations.Continuously assess and improve site layout and workflow design for maximum efficiency and reduced operational delays.Coordinate with other business departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation across teams.Analyze, design, and refine operational processes for optimal efficiency, safety, and performance.Collect feedback on urgent issues, and initiate improvements based on insights to enhance warehouse processes continuously.Other tasks assigned.
Requirements：
Mandarin required.Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role preferred.Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
