Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented night shift Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient sorting, dispatch, and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or vendor management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move packages and materials within the warehouse.
- Supervise and train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and label items for tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin or Spanish prefered.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to forklift operation.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Accept night shift 5pm - 2am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
