Summary
As an Operation Analyst at GOFO Inc, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our delivery operations. This position is crucial for supporting our mission to build an efficient express network nationwide, contributing to our strategic expansion and commitment to innovation.
Responsibilities
1. Last-Mile Station Expansion & Network Optimization
New Station Development:
Conduct on-site evaluations for new last-mile delivery sites (e.g., pickup stations, self-service kiosks, delivery hubs) based on delivery density, customer distribution, and traffic flow.
Analyze site costs (rent/labor) against projected order volume and deliver feasibility reports.
Network Efficiency Improvement:
Optimize coverage of existing Stations, proposing mergers/splits to reduce delivery costs.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement dynamic routing plans, improving last-mile efficiency.
2. Business Forecasting & Delivery Analysis
Order Volume Forecasting:
Predict site demand for the next 3-6 months using historical delivery data and regional growth trends, enabling proactive resource allocation.
Operational Diagnostics:
Monitor last-mile KPIs (e.g., delivery success rate, on-time performance, complaint rate) to identify underperforming sites and drive improvements.
Develop cost analysis models (e.g., cost per parcel, vehicle load rate) to propose cost-saving solutions.
Requirements
- Mandarin is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis or operations analysis roles.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams.
