一、Regional Support Specialist
Responsibilities：
- Model Development: Build and optimize workforce efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site assessment models to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.
- Code Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code to support data processing, analysis, and model development.
- Data Sensitivity: Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity to data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all analytical tasks.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

【任职要求】

- 具备Tableau、Power BI或同类数据可视化工具的使用经验。
- 深刻理解统计分析及数据建模相关技术方法。
- 熟悉数据仓库及ETL（数据抽取、转换、加载）流程。

二、Maintenance Specialist

Preferred background in Engineering or Computer Science. Candidates should at minimum be able to read engineering process drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment (e.g., machinery, automation systems) to ensure optimal operation.
- Quickly identify equipment faults and perform effective repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance according to scheduled plans to ensure equipment stability and long-term performance.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance history, and report equipment performance to management.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth equipment and system operations, and assist in equipment upgrades and modification projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance and repair activities to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, with the ability to independently perform repairs and troubleshoot issues.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment structures, and maintenance procedures, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment, capable of mechanical assembly and disassembly.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player with good communication skills.
- GED or above, preferably in mechanical-related fields.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency repair requests; strong stress management skills.
- Mandarin is required.
Shifts available:
8:00–16:30, 16:00–00:30, 22:00–06:30

三、Returns Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
- Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels.
- Handle the processing of returned packages across various states.
- Communicate with recipients to verify correct addresses and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Maintain and update documents and forms, ensuring accurate records of recipient information.
- Initiate redelivery orders and ensure goods are restocked accurately.
- Manage and resolve issues related to exception packages.
- Coordinate with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to handle and resolve issues with exception packages.
- Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
- Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- English is required.

First two weeks: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. After training: 3:30 PM – midnight.
