Job Overview :
The Driver Management Specialist owns driver performance evaluation, data analytics, operational optimization and driver retention strategies for last-mile delivery fleets in e-commerce. Leverage data insights to iterate evaluation metrics, streamline workflows, design incentive programs, boost driver engagement, reduce attrition of top performers, and improve overall last-mile delivery efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Generate driver performance metrics on weekly, monthly and annual bases, conduct trend analysis and performance benchmarking. Identify business pain points, efficiency bottlenecks and improvement opportunities via driver performance data analysis, and implement targeted optimization solutions. Dynamically iterate and refine driver performance evaluation metrics and assessment criteria in response to business changes, operational needs and industry best practices. Partner with product teams to productize and automate the driver performance data system, streamline data output workflows and improve data operation efficiency. Design, iterate and roll out incentive and retention programs for delivery drivers, enhance driver loyalty and satisfaction, and lower voluntary turnover of high-performing drivers.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in STEM fields including Logistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, etc. Advanced Excel skills to process large datasets, conduct complex data analysis and visualization. Hands-on big data experience and strong data sensitivity. Sharp logical reasoning, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong cross-team collaboration awareness. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
