一、Warehouse Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch
Manage and train warehouse associates to ensure high performance, safety, and compliance
Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy, on-time dispatch, and productivity
Assist with setting up warehouse layout, process design, and equipment configuration
Coordinate with HQ teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information
Implement safety protocols and lead regular safety checks and compliance reviews
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide real-time solutions
Maintain clear and organized operational records and reports
Requirements：
Previous experience in warehouse/logistics operations
Fluent in both English and Chinese (required) to communicate with bilingual teams and management
Strong understanding of warehouse SOPs, inventory flow, and team supervision
Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a hands-on, start-up warehouse environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with WMS or inventory tracking systems is a plus

Requirements
Prior warehouse management experience is required.
You will oversee daily warehouse workflows and ensure operations follow standard procedures.
Experience training and onboarding new hires; able to coach team members on work standards.
Basic data‑analysis capability to track operation metrics. Proficient computer skills, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.).
Skilled in forklift operation.

We operate two shifts:
3PM to 12AM and 11PM to 7AM. Must be available to work night shifts.

Pay range: $18 – $20 per hour

二、Dispatch Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with various trucking companies to arrange and oversee truck transfer operations between the ATA and ASCAN stages.
- Maintain and update the truck scheduling spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and ensure the punctuality, arrival rate, and load efficiency of truck departures.
- Optimize trucking scheduling costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in truck dispatch and transfer operations.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Familiarity with GIS systems and GPS technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of transportation planning principles and fleet management practices.
- Proficient in using software for logistics management and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Candidates who can work night shifts continuously can proceed. Preferred to accept rotating 3 shifts: 7am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7am. Urgently hiring overnight Dispatcher.
Pay range: $18 – $20 per hour
