Position Overview: The Regional Operations Support Specialist is responsible for building and optimizing workforce efficiency models, sorting-center data models, and site assessment models that drive operational performance and decision-making across GOFO's regional hub network. This role conducts in-depth analysis of complex operational datasets to surface trends, patterns, and actionable insights, develops efficient and maintainable code (Python / R / SQL) to support data processing and model development, and prepares comprehensive reports and visualizations that communicate findings and recommendations to regional and site-level stakeholders. The specialist maintains a high standard of data accuracy and reliability, partners closely with cross-functional operations, staffing, and technology teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and works independently to manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously. The annual compensation range for this position is $50,000–$60,000, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.

Responsibilities：

• Model Development: Build and optimize workforce efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site assessment models to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.
• Code Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code to support data processing, analysis, and model development.
• Data Sensitivity: Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity to data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all analytical tasks.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions..

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of half a year of experience in last-mile delivery, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
