What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics solutions expert position at Gofo Inc?
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning and design of logistics channel products, combining market demand and company resources to output standardized product solutions.
2. Based on customer needs (such as timeliness, volume, weight, service level), combined with cost models and market competitor prices, formulate accurate pricing plans. Dynamically monitor cost fluctuations (fuel, toll fees, seasonal factors) and optimize pricing models.
3. Regularly research logistics industry trends, analyze competitors' product strategies and pricing systems, and generate competitor analysis reports.
4. Build an operational analysis system, monitor key indicators (cargo volume, cost, profit margin, customer retention rate), and output monthly/quarterly operational analysis reports.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in logistics management, supply chain management, business administration, or data analysis.
2. 3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry, familiar with the design and operation of express delivery, freight forwarding, and cross-border logistics products; experience with international logistics benchmarking such as FedEx/UPS/DSV is preferred.
3. Practical experience in cost accounting, pricing strategy formulation, and operational analysis projects.
