This role focuses on frontline process optimization, data analysis, requirement gathering, and supporting the implementation of scalable pickup solutions across business scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data collection, processing, and analysis systems for pickup operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business teams and customers to support the development of sub-domain solutions.
- Provide training, SOP documentation, and operational guidance for frontline pickup teams.
- Collect field feedback, identify workflow bottlenecks, and propose improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with product/tech teams to drive requirement implementation and continuous process optimization.
- Ensure pickup SOP consistency across stations and support the overall improvement of pickup performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in express delivery, logistics operations, courier pickup, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of pickup workflows and related system operations.
- Proficient in Excel, data processing, and documentation.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Execution-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
