Wealth Management Client Associate

Salary: $65000-$75000

• What your future day will look like:Coordinate complex client service requests and follow-up activities
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, onboarding documents, and client communications
• Process account forms, transfers, and service requests
• Maintain compliant client files and documentation
• Manage calendars and scheduling
• Assist with onboarding and training of new client associates
• Assist with operational projects, marketing initiatives, CRM updates, and referral tracking

• To be a champion in this role, you will need:5 years of experience supporting financial advisors
• Proficiency in MS Office
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing or the ability to obtain all licenses in a two-year period
• Clean personal credit and background
