What your future day will look like:

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, background checks, benefit enrollment, and employee record management.
• Process payroll accurately and timely while maintaining payroll records, reviewing timekeeping information, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, and serve as a liaison between employees, vendors, brokers, and benefits providers.
• Provide administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting office operations..

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, benefits administration, administrative support, or a related field
• Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, benefits administration, or employee record management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to handle highly confidential employee, payroll, and company information with professionalism and discretion
