Requirements
- Experience hiring for engineering, technical sales, or manufacturing leadership roles OR consultative sales into this market
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical discipline
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, processes, and terminology
- Strong sales instincts—comfortable influencing, negotiating, and building long-term client relationships
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate evaluation
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative, client?focused mindset
- Resourceful, proactive approach to finding and engaging top talent
