Corporate Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Piedmont, SC

Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Initially

ExecuSource is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a growing organization's high-volume hiring initiatives during a busy hiring season. This is a temporary opportunity with strong potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

After successful completion of the training period, there is opportunity for a hybrid or remote work arrangement, based on performance and manager discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate incoming job applicants
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
• Manage a high volume of candidate outreach and follow-up communications
• Support recruiting efforts to meet hiring goals and timelines
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience within high volume recruiting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass drug test / background check
