- What your future day will look like:Reduce equipment downtime and boost productivity through reliability projects.
- Strengthen predictive and preventive maintenance best practices.
- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, valves, actuators, and field instrumentation systems.
- Monitor and support plant control and automation system repairs.
- Participate in RCAs and compare failures against performance standards.
- Develop procedures, set expectations, audit work, and implement corrections.
- Collaborate on audits, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support electrical and control installations and related construction projects.
- Provide technical help for complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Ensure technicians have proper tools and materials.

Type: Direct Hire
- To be a champion in this role, you will need:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3 years in a reliability engineering role
- Experience implementing PM programs
- Experience with root cause analysis for complex issues
