• Start your day by reviewing inspector schedules and coordinating field activities to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate with clients and colleagues to provide timely updates on job progress and documentation
• Use internal systems to manage job data, generate reports, and issue invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with local and international teams to support operational goals and maintain high service standards
• Prioritize tasks to meet client expectations and departmental KPIs, while continuously improving service delivery

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role (preferred)
• Knowledge of inspection, supervision, and quality service delivery (preferred)
