Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students academically and behaviorally in classroom settings, providing 1:1 or small-group support as directed

- Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current TB test (or ability to obtain per district requirements)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Valid and current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start
Preferred Experience:
- Background in special education, behavioral health, childcare, or school settings
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Training or certification such as CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
