Senior Unified Communications Engineer - Microsoft Teams Voice/CCaaS
Greater Minneapolis, MN
Hybrid - One day a week onsite
Long-term contract
We are hiring a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to support an enterprise-wide transformation to Microsoft Teams Voice and CCaaS (Five9). This role is ideal for a senior voice/telephony engineer who enjoys design ownership, modernization work, light onsite collaboration, and without heavy travel.
Requirements
- Microsoft Teams Voice architecture, migration, and support
- CCaaS platforms (experience with Five9, Genesys, NICE, or Cisco)
- Call flows, dial plans, PSTN/SIP, number porting
- Automation using PowerShell and/or Python
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Mentoring junior team members
- Local to Minneapolis to work onsite one day a week
